One on one instruction in studio utilizing specialized equipment or online with a few recommended props. Benefit from Pilates in any setting.
Privates In Studio
60 minute sessions in a fully equipped studio in Midtown, and Flatiron districts in Manhattan. Sessions incorporate the full range of Pilates machines and props to assist you in getting the most out of your session.
Privates at Home
Hour long home sessions conducted via Zoom. All you need is a mat, a few select props, and a little bit of space to keep yourself moving when you are not able to come into the studio.
